Carl (Pat) Coggins beloved husband, dad and brother passed away August 23, 2014 at the age of 84. He retired after 25 years at ENKA, General Motors, and part-time for Cocke County. He is preceded in death by his parents, Milas and Sarah Greene Coggins; brothers, Wallace, Walter, Alfred, Hoover, Lonzo, John and sister, Winnie Carroll. He is also survived by his wife of 59 years, Hilda Steelman Coggins; children, Berneice Cudzilo (John), Doris J. Cannon; Donald Ray, Lynnette Denton (Randy), Laura A. Munn (Ronald); sisters Annie James (Wesley), Melvine Blackwell; and sister-in-law Shelby Coggins; eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren; and many loving family and friends. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral service. Funeral services will be held 7:00 pm Tuesday, August 26, 2014 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Wayne Wyatt officiating. Burial will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, August 27, 2014 in Union Cemetery. Family and friends may sign the guest register on line at: www.manefuneralhome.com. Manes Funeral Home in charge.
