Uneda “Neda” Grace Frazier, age 80, of Newport, passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2014. She was a member of New Bethel Freewill Baptist Church and had attended First Freewill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Lucreta Walker; brothers, Charles, Earl, Orville and Ordway Walker; sisters, Ruby askew, Tanzella Butler; and great-grandson Caymen McGaha. She is survived by her husband of 59 years John F. Frazier; daughters, Lisa (Lynn) Shults; and Cindy (Don) Wise; sister, Artell (George) Holt, all of Newport; grandchildren, Steven (Amy) Shults, Daniel Shults, Lisa Wise, Trevor (Christel) Wise, all of Newport, Missy Pitts of Seymour; great-grandchildren, Ivan Shults, Kara and Kayleigh Shults, Kanan, Jacie and Elijah Wise, Haley Latham, Megan and Bella Pitts, Cody, Casey and Lucas Wise; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. Anna (Everette) Taylor, Theda (Theodore) Williams, Terri (C. L.) Frazier; Dickie Butler and Joe Morrell; special friends Randy Cashen and Arona Shoemake; also nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Funeral services will be held 8:00 pm Thursday, September 11, 2014 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Willie Winters officiating. Burial will be held at 11:00 am Friday, September 12, 2014 in Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm -8:00 pm Thursday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral service.
