Billy Charles Letner, age 78, of Seymour, passed away, April 18, 2013. He graduated from Lafollette High School where he played basketball. He was the owner of Letner Insurance business for 58 years. Mr Letner was manager of Mutual of Omaha until he retired and began his own insurance company, Letner Insurance as a broker and representative with many other outstanding insurance companies until his death. Billy was a special man, being kind, patient, and a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Pearl Letner; brother, Kenneth Letner, and sister, Mildred York.
