SEXTON, JAMES EARL - age 77 of Morristown, passed away Sunday, March 22, 2004, at his home. He was born June 20, 1926 in Loudon County, Tennessee. He gave his life to the Lord at an early age. He retired from Roadway Express in 1980 after 29 years of over the road driving. He was a member of Glades Lebanon Baptist Church in Gatlinburg and had been attending the Open Door Baptist Church in Morristown since 1989. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harlen H. Sexton and Sarah Perkey Sexton son, J. David Sexton Ph.D. Survived by his devoted wife of 32 years, Charlotte Moyers Sexton daughters, Janice Thompson, Sherry Lively and husband, Tom son, Robert L. Sexton all of Lenoir City 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren brother Ralph C. Sexton and wife, Neva of Lenoir City nephew, niece and several cousins and lots of special friends. Family will receive friends 1-3 p.m. Tuesday, March 23, with Funeral Services to follow at 3 p.m. in the Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ben Whitted officiating.
