Survivors include children and spouses, Ann Swaney of Altamont, TN, Corine and Howard Atchley, Katherine and Raymond Mahan, Paul and Sarah Ann Garland all of Maryville son in law, Jim Edwards of Cincinnati, Ohio step children and spouses, Danie and Ruth Mary Garland of Boise, Idaho, Josephine and Ralph Painter of Knoxville, Lola and Fred Hall, Eloise and Marion Dailey, Virgil and Delia Garland , Hoyt and Polly Garland all of Maryville numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren sister, Ova Lawson of Maryville step sisters, Stella Faye Garner, Joann Justice, Wanda Knight and step brother, Leonard Amburn. Funeral service 8:00 p.m. Monday, July 26, 2004 at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel, Rev. Wallace Reed officiating. Interment 10:00 a.m. Tuesday morning at Williamson Chapel Cemetery.
