She was born March 29, 1930 to John and Vesta (Pittman) Gaddis in Knoxville, TN., who have preceded her in death. Wilma worked in Retail Management for the former Zayre's Department Store for 30 years. Lastly, she worked as a Clerk for the Greenwood Wal-mart for five years. Wilma was a former member of Fellowship Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Houston, Sr., and daughter, Debbie Jett. Her survivors include children, Gary, Ed, and James W. Houston, Jr. and Vickie Houston; her sisters, Rosemary Davis and Mildred Benton; brothers, John Gaddis Jr., and David Gaddis; grandmother of nine and great grandmother of 14. Graveside Services were held yesterday, Saturday, November 12, 2005 at 1 p.m. in Washington Park East Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to American Lung Assoc.
