SHULTZ, WILMA HARVEY - age 73, a resident of Wartburg, died Thursday, November 9, 2006 at the University Of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. Mrs. Shultz was born September 29, 1933 in Roane County. Mrs. Shultz was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was happiest when in the company of her granddaughters. She was a gracious host who enjoyed entertaining friends. Her hobby was watching various sports. She was a 60 year member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church and she retired from the X-10 plant in Oak Ridge. Mrs. Shultz was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Claude Harvey and Georgia Capps Harvey and by a brother, Rev. Bill Harvey. Survivors: husband, of 55 years, Robert M. Shultz of Wartburg; daughter, Connie Shultz Adams and husband Mark of Cookville; sons, Joe Shultz of Bolinas, CA, Fred Shultz and wife Robin of Spencer, W. VA; granddaughters, Molly Shultz and Katie Shultz both of Spencer, W. VA, Laykelin Adams and Adelyne Adams both of Cookville; brothers, C.S. Harvey, Jr. and wife Maxine of Oliver Springs, Jim Harvey of Chattanooga; sisters, Patsy Begley of Oliver Springs, Barbara Hood of Harriman; sister-in-law, Betty Harvey of Harriman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and special friends. The family will receive friends Saturday, November 11, 2006 between the hours of 5:00 and 7:00 pm at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church with funeral services following at 7:00 pm with pastor Garvan Walls and Rev. Keith Price officiating. Burial and graveside services will be held Sunday, November 12, at 2:00 pm at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. Sharp Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
