RAMSEY , LUDELL LONG - age 80, of Kingston, formerly of Knoxville, passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2003, at Parkwest Hospital. Mrs. Ramsey is preceded in death by her husband, Rufus Edward Ramsey daughter, Sandra Gail Ramsey Craig grandsons, Casper Ramsey and Lonnie Lineburger Ramsey , and granddaughters, Alyson Hamby and Brandy Lee Ramsey . Mrs. Ramsey is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Bob and Sue Ramsey , Richard and Charlene Ramsey , and Mike and Peggy Ramsey , all of Knoxville, Don Ramsey of Kingston, and Charles and Ada Ramsey of Harriman daughters and sons-in-law, Sue Hatmaker of Rockwood, Delores and Wiley Brackett and Kay and Lonnie Tolliver, all of Kingston, and Marsha and Pat Martin of Minnesota 27 grandchildren 32 great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren. Special friends, John and Sally Stanley of Kingston, also survive. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 3, 2003, at 8 p.m. in the Chapel of Weaver Funeral Home with Reverend Randy Griffith officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 6-8 p.m. Interment will be Friday July 4, 2003, at Edgewood Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at 1:45 p.m. for a 2 p.m. interment service. Weaver Funeral Home, "A Tradition of Service Since 1921", 5815 Western Ave., (865) 588-3868, is in charge of arrangements.
