WILHITE, CAROLYN - age 59, of Strawberry Plains, Tn, passed away 3:30 a.m. Thursday, April 30, 1998, at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Miracle Baptist Church. She will be sadly missed by family and friends. Preceded in death by parents, Elsie and Clay Reneau. Survived by husband, Victor Wilhite; son and daughter-in-law, Allen and Heather Wilhite; daughters, Toni Ingram and Lisa Treece; grandchild, Joseph; step-daughters, Darlene Wilhite and Marlene Collins; sisters, Helen, Lorraine and Wiloma; several nieces and nephews. Funeral will be at 8 p.m. Saturday at McCarty's Evergreen Chapel with Rev. Jerry Cox officiating. The family and friends will meet at Eastview Memorial Gardens at 1:45 p.m. Sunday for a 2 p.m. committal service. (Note: Eastview Memorial Gardens changed names in approx 2000; now Evergreen Memorial Gardens - dc)
