Glen (Bugeye) Wilson, 79 of Maryville, passed away Saturday October 3, 2015 at Blount Memorial Hospital. Glen was a faithful member of Hillcrest Baptist Church for more than 10 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Polly Wilson; Brothers Howard Wilson; Lawrence Wilson; and Ferman Wilson; Sisters Lucille Cagle; Thelma Shinpaugh. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Shirley Wilson; Son and daughter-in-law Wendell and Tonya Wilson; Daughters and sons-in-law Norma Jean and Jeff Millsaps; Glenda and Danny Kimsey. Two grandsons Brandon and Brad Kimsey. Sister Faye and Fred Hanson; brother Mayford and Bettie Wilson; and special friends Bobby Riddle; and Jimmy Carter. And several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at Miller Funeral Home in the Magnolia Chapel on Tuesday October 6, 2015 at 7:00 pm. Graveside service will be held on Wednesday October 7, 2015 at 11:00 am at Forest Hill Cemetery, officiated by Pastor Charles Murrell. Family will receive friends in the Magnolia Chapel Tuesday October 6, 2015 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Gideons International.
