He is survived by his children Brandy Ramsey and James Ramsey III, brothers David and Bobby Ramsey and sister Mary Evans. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 5, 2011, at Rocks Creek Cemetery in Del Rio.
