He was preceded in death by his parents, James "Bill" and Gladys Ramsey, of Del Rio, and brother, Ricky Ramsey. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Ramsey and children, Steven, Candace, Jordon, and Brittany, and one grandson, Daniel. He is also survived by his sister, Mary Evans, and her husband, Alan, of Hot Springs, N.C., and brothers, James Jr. and Bobby, of Newport, and David, of Greeneville. He also has many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Manes Funeral Home on Wednesday from 12 until 2 p.m. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Manes Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Rocks Creek Cemetery.
