Elnora Mae Smith, age 78, of Newport, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at Newport Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jensie Ann Smith; parents, Grover and Ruby Blazer; sister, Elizabeth Joye. She is survived by her husband , Andrew Glenmore Smith; sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Linda Smith, Jeff and Glenda Smith, all of Newport; granddaughter, Kelsea Leeann Smith, of Sevierville; a nieces and several nephews and many friends. Funeral services will be held 8:00 pm Thursday, March 13, 2008 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be 10:00 am, Friday, March 14, 2008 in Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Thursday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral services.
