He was preceded in death by his parents, Stokley and Georgia Gregg. He is survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law, Bobby and Ildia Gregg, Haskell and Linda Gregg, and J.D. and Carolyn Gregg, all of Newport; sisters, Iva Ruth Gregg, of Newport, Frances Knight, of Maggie Valley, North Carolina, Bernice Williamson, of Cosby, and Shirley Sutton, of Sevierville; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be 8 p.m., Friday, at the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Ball and Rev. Larry Ball officiating, with burial at 10 a.m. Saturday at Gregg’s Chapel Cemetery.
