She is survived by her daughters and son in law, Teresa and Steven Roy and Cyndi Cunningham; grandchildren, Patrick Roy and Daniel Roy and wife Trinity; brother and sisters in law, Bud and Nancy Smith , Evelyn Smith and Margaret Smith and very special cousins, Joyce and Peck Howell. A celebration of Frances Rogers ' life will be held 7:00 P.M. Friday, January 30, 2009 at Knoxville Christian Center with Pastor Barry Culberson officiating.
