(July 7, 1928 - September 8, 2012) Mildred Turner, age 84, of Kodak, left the loving arms of her children to walk into the arms of her loving Savior, Saturday, September 8, 2012, at her home after a long battle with cancer. Through it all she was a shining light and an inspiration to all who knew her; showing strength and courage to all who loved her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Jones; sons, James and Troy Lee; four great-grandbabies; parents, Walter and Minnie Henderson; three sisters; and two brothers. She is survived by her five children, Carolyn, Audrey, Ginger, Kathy, and Johnny; eleven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sisters, Martha and Sue; all the in-laws who were thought of and loved as her own; and several nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed as she walks hand-in-hand with Jesus. Funeral service will be held 7:00 PM Monday, September 10, 2012, at Miller Funeral Home Cedar Chapel, Rev. Lee Breeden officiating. Family and friends will gather 2:00 PM Tuesday at Four Mile Baptist Church Cemetery for the interment.
