She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Samples; sister Helen Moore; and brother Buddy McMahan. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Randy and Sherrie Samples; daughter and son-in-law Vanessa and Mark Roberts; brother and sister-in-law Bill and Mildred Moore; sister and brother-in-law Carolyn and Howard Wright; grandchildren Leigh Ann Samples, David Roberts, Heather Shaw; three great-grandchildren; special friend of the family Tommy Ucciardi; several nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Ned Ramsey officiating. Burial will follow in Dandridge Memorial Garden. The family will receive friends from 9:00 am until 11:00 am Saturday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral service.
