Nancy Sue Minor RICHMOND, Ind. – Nancy Sue Minor, age 67, of Muncie, formerly of Richmond, died Monday, February 22, 2010, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born October 24, 1942, in Richmond to Robert and Phyllis Land Brown. Nancy was a Centerville High School graduate. She worked in the office at the Graphic Press and in sales at A-1 Furniture Showplace. Nancy was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Muncie, Masterworks Chorale, Ladies Tarum Shrine Club and former member of the Eastern Star. Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Gene C. “Mike” Minor; sons, Jeffrey L. Brown and wife Alisa of Hagerstown and Greg Minor and wife Chris of Cincinnati, Ohio; daughter, Vicky Kanke and husband Tom of Richmond; 10 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Beth Garwood and husband Dan of Valparaiso, Ind., Ann Evans of Waco, Texas, and Kathy Brown of Harrisburg, Pa.; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation for Nancy Sue Minor will be from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, February 27, 2010, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Doan & Mills Funeral Home with Pastor John D. Malzahn and Pastor Tracy Paschke-Johannes officiating. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Methodist Hospital, 1701 North Senate Blvd., for the Neurological Critical Care Unit, Indianapolis, IN 46202.
