Carol Sue Hellard , 69, of Marietta died Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2000.
Services were 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Medford-Peden Funeral Home in Marietta, with the Rev. Jerry Atkins officiating. Burial will be in Rolling Hills Memory Gardens in Acworth.
A Tennessee native, Mrs. Hellard was a homemaker and a member of Eastwood Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Ben H. Hellard ; two sons, William Dusty Hellard of Kansas and Jerald Frank Hellard of Marietta; four daughters, Rebecca Lou Smithers of Smyrna, Cathy Jean Smith of Marietta, Lily Suzanne Hayes of Tampa, Fla., and Kelly Marie Schelle of Talking Rock; three brothers, Albert Lumbert of Cleveland, Tenn., Steve Albright and Gene Lumbert , both of Knoxville, Tenn.; four sisters, Maria Albright of Nashville, Tenn., Betty Jo Wilson of Concord, Tenn., and Billie Ruth Houser and Bobbie Ann Miller, both of Knoxville; 16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; and nephews and nieces.
