NEWCOMB , BILLY RAY - age 47 of West Knoxville, died Saturday July 24, 2004 in Destin, FL. He was a Methodist and the retired co-owner of Manufacturers Sales & Service of Knoxville. He is survived by: his wife, Kim Sexton Newcomb daughter, Shanda Harvey of Knoxville sons, Dustin Hoskins of Knoxville and Brant Newcomb of Knoxville grandson, Zane Harvey parents, A.J. & Estalee Valentine Newcomb of Knoxville brother & sister-in-law, Ron & Penny Newcomb of Thompson Station, TN mother-in-law, Wanda Sexton of Knoxville sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Cheri & Randy Schneider of Coral Gables, FL, Bob & Allison Sexton of Knoxville, Tanya & Greg McGeehon of Knoxville and several nieces. Funeral service 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel with Rev. Michael Sluder of St. Mark's United Methodist Church officiating. Family and friends will meet at the main entrance to Highland Memorial Cemetery Thursday for a 10:00 a.m. interment service. Pallbearers: Scott Brooks, Mark Styles, Chuck Schuman, Mike Lambert, Porter Brown, Richard Valentine, Fred Zomorodi, Jim Bridges. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905. The family will receive friends 6:00-7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel.
