She was preceded in death by husband, Jeb Bailey; son-in-law, Randy Raines; and parents, William and Margaret Keller. She is survived by her son, Terry Edward (Malana) Allen of Newport; daughters, Jennifer ( Tim) Cureton of Newport and Carmella (Eric) Freshour of Parrottsville; brothers, Donnie (Janice) Keller of Newport and Billy (Joyce) Hommell of Newport; grandchildren, Amber, Autumn, Haley, Dustin, Andrew, Aaron, Priscilla and Erica; and great grandchild, Addison. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 pm Monday, April 18, 2016 at Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mark Renner and Rev. Marvin Cureton officiating. Burial will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, April 19, 2016 in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday at Manes Funeral Home prior to funeral service.
