(November 6, 1965 - April 9, 2015) Timothy Wade Strange age 49, of Newport, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 9, 2015, at Morristown-Hamblen Hospital, following a brief illness. He was of the Baptist faith. Tim was a self-employed handyman. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rex & Berta Stinnett Cole; Samuel Ed “Popeye” Strange and Beulah Strange Maloy. He is survived by his parents, Edward “Dood” and Brenda Cole Strange; brothers, Jeff (Cassie Hudson) Strange, and Randy Ogle; sisters, Sandy Strange (Darrell) Walton; nephews, Alan Strange, Dakota Strange and Jacob Walton; niece, Nikki Walton; also several aunts, uncles and other family and friends. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon – 2:00 pm Saturday, April 11, 2015 in Manes Funeral Home West Chapel, with funeral services following at 2:00 pm. Rev. Carl Byran and Rev.
