Survivors include his wife, Brenda Adams Watkins; mother, Wanda Burchfield; daughters, Christy and Sandra Watkins; step-daughters, Debbie Oliver and Rhonda Buchanan; step-sons, Frank Loftis, David and Eddie Dockins; brothers, Donnie Watkins and Tim Burchfield; sister, Diane Grider; mother-in-law, Helen Adams; several grandchildren and other loved ones. Family and friends will meet 1:00 P.M. Tuesday at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for a graveside service with Rev. Billy Moore, and Rev. Jimmy Miller officiating. A memorial service will be held 7:00 P.M. Wednesday at Riverview Baptist Church in Rockford.
