He worked for many years as a long distance truck driver. Preceded in death by parents, Joe W. and Helen Cagle Adams; sisters, Patricia Adams and Brenda Watkins. Survived by son, Bradley Adams, whom he loved very much; sisters and spouses, Jodean and Jimmy Seal, Marcella and Steve Sims. Also survived by special nephew and caregiver, Eddie Dockins; nephews, David Dockins, Jason and Justin Seal, Chris and Chad Sims. Special thanks to his neighbors for their help in caring for him. Memorial service will be on Sunday, November 4, 2012, at Salem Baptist Church at 2 p.m., with Pastor Toby Downey officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
