Born in Dandridge, TN, and a resident of Aiken County, SC , for over forty years, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Maymie Cleo Henderson Foland. She retired from Bank of America after over twenty years of service. Louise enjoyed cooking, traveling, shopping, trips to the beach and collecting Tom Clark Gnomes. In addition to her husband and parents, family members include her daughters, Regina (Thomas) Cox, Warrenville, SC and Valerie Kaye (John) Suer, Augusta, GA; siblings, George Foland, Virginia Beach, VA, Paul Foland, MI, Rhea Shultz, Dandridge, TN and Faye Derrick, Dandridge, TN and grandsons, Dylan and Jonathan Russell. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, December 27th, 2014, at 1 o'clock in the chapel of Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Langley, SC , with Pastor Tony Monroe officiating.
