C. and Brandy DiBella of Asheville, North Carolina. They are the grandsons of Nina Hall Meisenheimer of Asheville, formerly of Cosby, and Terence DiBella of Sevierville. Their great-grandparents were the late Rev. Hubert and Sammie Hall of Cosby. They are fourth graders at Charles C. Bell Elementary School in Asheville. DIBELLA TWINS celebrate ninth birthday
