RIGGS , CHAD EDWARD age 30 of Knoxville died Sunday, October 16, 2011. Chad was a member of Bell's Campground Baptist Church in Powell and graduated from Powell High School. Preceded in death by grandparents, Edward "Tom" and Elizabeth Riggs of Knoxville. Survived by wife of four years Denise Jones Riggs ; son, Eli Allen Jones Riggs , age 4; daughter Ella Faye Riggs , age 2; precious grandparents, Arthur "Carroll" and Barbara Barnes of Crossville; father, Mike Riggs , Knoxville; mother, Debbie Waters (Dr. Barton Waters), Ringgold, Georgia; brother, Chris (Shawna) Riggs and niece, Piper Riggs , Knoxville; brother Spencer Riggs , Knoxville; sister, Maci Riggs , Knoxville; mother-in-law, Delores Faye Nix Jones, Powell. Family will receive friends Thursday at Bell's Campground Baptist Church, 7816 Bell's Campground Rd., Powell, TN. from 5-7 pm with service to follow at 7pm. Rev. Brian Trapp and Rev. Mike Harbin officiating. Music by Lee Murphy and Rev. Mike Harbin. Family and friends will meet 10:00 am on Friday at Weaver Funeral Home to proceed to Bell's Campground Cemetery for an 11 am interment and Dove Release Ceremony.
