He is an Army veteran having served in Korea and Vietnam. Mr Maples was a member of the VFW and the U.S. Jobs Corps. He enjoyed painting and drawing, repairing cars with his brother and traveling. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy E, and Edith Foster Maples, and brother David Wayne Maples. Survivors: Wife: Loretta Maples Sister and brother-in-law: Judy Maples Cooper and husband George H.
