Smith, 69, of Satellite Beach, Fla., passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2011. Services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11 a.m.. Tuesday, May 31 with Thomas Mattox officiating. Interment will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lawrence County. Visitation will be from 6 p.m.- 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral Home. He was preceded in death by his parents Wayne and Earline Smith. He graduated in 1965 from the University of Florida, where he became a lifelong Gator fan. He worked over a decade for Harris in the Radiation division. After leaving Harris he and his wife became owners of H.O.T Office Supplies in Cocoa Beach. After selling the store, he became self-employed as an accountant. Survivors include his son Brian Smith of Satellite Beach, Fla.; his sister, Gail Miller of Broken Arrow, Okla., and three grandchildren. [S147] Find a Grave, (Memorial: 77209109).
