She was a member of the Edgemont Church of God. She was preceded in death by her parents Charles “Red” and Gladys Ailey; sister Carolyn Duncan; and brother-in-law Duke Woodson. She is survived by her husband, Bobby Woodson; brother Carroll and Vivian Taylor; sisters Mary Ruth and Johnny Smelcer and JoAnn and Kenneth Smelcer; sister-in-law Ann and Freddie Costner; brothers-in-law Mitchell and Karen Woodson, Mike and Evelyn Woodson; nephews Jason and Craig Smelcer, Jason Woodson and Todd Woodson; niece Kathy Smelcer and Brian Smelcer; several great nephews and nieces; and a host of other special family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 pm Monday, August 26, 2013 at Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James McFalls and Rev. Mark Hadley officiating. Entombment will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, August 27, 2013 in Resthaven Memorial Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday prior to funeral service.
