He was preceded in death by his wife, Maude Elizabeth Millard; parents, James and Fay Millard; brother, James Millard, Jr.; sister, Marian Millard, all of Michigan; son-in-law, James J. Atchley of Knoxville, TN; and nephew, Jeffrey Millard of Michigan. Mr. Millard is survived by his son, James F. Moroz and wife, Wilma; daughters, Linda Carol Atchley, Tammy Simon and husband, Dwayne of Michigan; grandchildren, Jimmy Moroz, Marc Atchley, Tracey Itoney, Andrea Rodgers, Timothy Moroz, Grant Simon, David Moroz, Troy Simon and Amber Simon; great-grandchildren, Sarah, Elizabeth, Brendan, Cowan, Matthew, Laura, Keara, Jimmy, Jr., Sam, Jack, Liam, and Caroline Zanita; sister-in-law, June Millard; several nieces and nephews of Michigan. Donations may be sent to Samaritan’s Purse, P.O. Box 3000, Boone, NC, 28607-3000. The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Wednesday with funeral service to follow at 7 PM in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Joseph Cole officiating.
