Mr. Watson was preceded in death by his wife, Schley C. Watson; parents, John N. and Bertha Maples Watson; step-mother, Ida Emert Watson; brothers, Frank, Carl, and Walter (Dot) Watson; sisters, Grace Williams, Nellie Fine and an infant, Jonnie F. Watson. Survivors include his sister, Gladys Walter of Alcoa; brother and sister-in-law, Glenn and Jean Watson of Sevierville; several nieces and nephews; Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Michael Ogle and Rev. Rick Mullan officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for a military graveside service.
