  [S142] Newspaper Article, The Patriot News (Harrisburg, PA), 10 Jun 1988. Frank E. Kell III, 37, of 245 Beacon Drive died Tuesday of injuries suffered in an auto accident. He was an employee of Spanky's Auto Sales and was a former policeman in Rye Twp., Marysville and Duncannon. Surviving are a son, Matthew, and a daughter, Mindy, both of Mechanicsburg; his mother, Georgia A. Kell of Plainfield; two brothers, David E. of Newville RD 3, and Dennis E. of Plainfield; and a sister, Barbara L. Baker of Carlisle RD 9. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Nickel Funeral Home, Loysville, with the Rev. Wayne Miller officiating. Burial will be in Blain Cemetery. There will be no viewing.
