WHITWORTH , PAULINE DORIS "NANNY" - age 78, of Pigeon Forge, passed away Saturday, September 4, 2004 at Ft. Sanders Sevier. She was a member of Hurst Chapel Baptist Church. Preceded in death by: parents, John and Edith Nelson husband, Harry Whitworth brothers, Earl Nelson and Junior Nelson sister, Frances Laws. She is survived by: son, James L. Whitworth and wife Martha daughter, Doris Adams brothers, Bob Nelson and wife, Axie, Ken Nelson and wife Marie sisters, Charlotte Tuton and husband Herman, Jerry Ball and husband Bill, Maxine Saults and husband Howard grandchildren, Danny W. Buck and wife Wanda, Amy Sadler and husband Keith, Stacy Whitworth , Amanda LaFone and husband Matt, Beth Silvey and husband Will, Carrie Ann Oakes great grandchildren, Rusty, Zachary, Shelbie, Lillie, Zoe, Olivia and Emma. Church services will be conducted on Tuesday, September 7 at 2:00 pm at Hurst Chapel Baptist Church in Pigeon Forge, with Rev. Jack Ogle and Rev. Jackie Parton officiating. Mrs. Whitworth will be a the Church at noon on Tuesday for viewing before the service. Interment will follow at Highland South Memorial Park.
