Jennie Anderson Moody, 70, of Satsuma, died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2001, at Putnam Community Medical Center. A native of Union County, Tenn., she had resided in Putnam County since 1958, coming from Tennessee. She had worked for 17 years as waitress with Angel's Diner. She was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Satsuma. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Edith Anderson; husband, Carl K. Moody and four sisters, Marcelle Ford, Lucille Harden, Alyne Bridges and Jean Laing. She is survived by two sons and daughter-in-law, James and Pat Bohanan of Jacksonville and Gene Bohanan of Sevierville, Tenn.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Anna and David Baggs of Palatka and Debrah and James Bost of Gastonia, N.C.; four sisters, Sue Grodeman of Knoxville, Tenn., Mary Jo Creswell and Nancy Bohanan, both of Seymour, Tenn., and Betty Maples of Orlando; six grandchildren, Brandy Robertson, Larry Bohanan, Jeremy Bohanan, Keith Bryant, Misty Goss and David S. Baggs III; and six great-grandchildren, Courtney Carroll, Riley Robertson, Corbin Bohanan, Keaton Bryant, Levi Adkins, and Haylei Baggs. Services will be 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9, 2001, at Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home of Palatka with the Rev. Alfred O. Johns Jr. officiating. Visitation will be from 6-7:30 p.m. Friday.
