Jimmy Marvin Seay, age 38, of Newport, passed away Thursday, June 7, 2012. He was a father, son, husband and friend. Jimmy was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill and Ruth Justus, Ernest and Annie Seay, and his aunt Jerrie Haney. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Auberie Seay, pride and joy, daughter, Amber Seay; grandson, Levi Seay, loving parents, Diane Hurley and Marvin Seay; stepfather, “Daddy Chuck” Chuck Hillard; stepmother, Becky Seay, loving brothers, Timmy Seay, Chucky Hillard, Billy Williamson and Scotty Hicks; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Barbara and Terry James; brother-in-law, Brandon James; special aunt, “Aunt Jean” Norma Jean Williamson, loving uncles, Charlie Branam, Joe Seay and Henry Haney; nieces, Madison Seay, Brittany Cureton, Danielle Cureton and Ashley Williamson; nephews, Evan Hillard, Caleb Spier and William Williamson; special friends, Lonnie and Ernestine Ledford; along with many more close, loving family and friends. The family will receive friends from 5-9 pm Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at Manes Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Thursday, June 14, 2012 with Rev. Doug Messer and Rev. Carroll Crumbley officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery.
