She was a member of the New Covenant Presbyterian Church. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Berrietta B. and Everett W. Thomas of Knoxville and son and daughter-in-law, Creed M. (Mac) and Dora Gray Burchfield of Wesley Chapel, Florida grandsons and wives, Eric S. and Debbie Thomas, Karl S. and Eve Thomas of Knoxville, Creed M. "Chip" and Hope Burchfield of Texas, and Dwayne and Karen Burchfield of Tampa, Florida 7 great grandsons and 2 great grand-daughters sister, Corene Gleason of Knoxville nephew, Johnny Gleason of Knoxville niece, Winifred Holbrook of Bristol, VA, and several great nephews and great nieces.
