In addition to their parents, the twins are survived by two older sisters, Akeria Spurgeon and Sara Miller; grandparents, Charlene Spurgeon of Dandridge, Randy & Pat Spurgeon, and Jeff & Lisa Miller all of Newport; great grandparents, Phyllis Nichols, Maxine Spurgeon, Bill & Jean Miller, and Albert & Rosemary Raines all of Newport; aunts and uncles, Mark and Stacy Self of Jefferson City, Becky Waddell of Hoover, Alabama, & Tim and Brandi Moore of Morristown; and cousins Allison & Andrew Self, Chloe Rustin, Dawson Gribble, and Chance Moore. A funeral service will be held Monday, April 6, 2015 at 3:00 PM in the chapel at Resthaven Memorial Gardens with Pastor Jeff Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven.
