Miss Jane Wallace Plans Garden Wedding
Miss Jane Wallace, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Frederick Wallace of Tremont avenue, has announced the plans for her wedding to George Welsh Keebler, Jr., son of Mr, and Mrs. George W. Keebler of Drexel Hill, Pa., which will take place September 11 at 4:30 in the garden of the Wallace home.
The Rev. Don Ivan Patch, pastor of the Congregational Church, will perform the ceremony, assisted by Dr. William W. Coe of Northfield, Mass., former pastor of the church.
Miss Elizabeth Glover Wallace will be her sister's maid of honor and another sister, Miss Barbara Stuart Wallace, will be a bridesmaid. The other attendants will be Virginia Holoway, Jewell Bunnell and Margaret Buchanan, all of Westneld.
John S. Welker of Greenville, Pa., will be best man for Mr. Keebler and ushers will be John Toby of Newark, William Harty of Bridgeport, Conn., and Louis Bavina of North Bergen, all fraternity brothers of the groom-elect.
Mr. Keebler was graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and attended Harvard Law School. His fiancee attended St. Lawrence University and was graduated from the New York School of Fine and Applied Arts. Last year she studied at the school's Paris ateliers.
