Shaina Danielle Worley, age 22, of Cosby, passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2012. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John McMahan, Ernel and Blanche Banks; and uncle, David Banks. She is survived by her husband, Justin Worley; daughter, Emma Worley both of Cosby; parents, Tommy and Mitzi Banks; brother, Randy Banks all of Newport; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Rawbyn and Eulas Webb of Cosby; grandmother, Betty McMahan of Newport; grandparents-in-law, J. B. and Elly Mae Worley; sisters-in-law, Amanda and Jessica Worley; brother-in-law, Richard Worley; uncle and aunts, Johnny and Lisa McMahan, Sandy Banks; cousin, Jessica McMahan; and other family and friends. The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm-2:00 pm Saturday, May 12, 2012 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services following at 2:00 pm, with Rev. Leon Large officiating. Burial will follow in __________________ Cemetery.
