Survivors: wife, Blanche; daughters, Wanda French, Seymour, Tenn., Elsie Hughes, DeLand; sisters, Berthie Cummings, Imojean Davis, Mamie Evans, all of Knoxville, Trula Murphy, Taylorville, Ill.; 16 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
