She is survived by her mother, June Setzkorn; father, Bob Setzkorn; sisters, Amy Setzkorn and Courtney Pendergrass and husband Adam; grandmother, Mildred Lunsford; and several aunts and cousins. Mandy was blessed with loving caregivers and family, especially her cousin Kathy. The family would like to offer a special thank you to each of them.
