The future bridegroom is the grandson of Mary Reagan, of Knoxville, the late Frank Reagan, Bill and Betty Dyke, of Knoxville, and the late Edward Black. The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Maryville High School and a 2008 graduate of the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga. She is a certified public accountant with Coulter & Justus P.C., Knoxville. The bridegroom-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Central High School, Knoxville, and a 2008 graduate of Tennessee Wesleyan College. He is employed at Fountain City United Methodist Church and will attend Candler School of Theology at Emory University in Atlanta in the fall.
