She was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by parents Roy and Zella Finger; son Billy Foust. She is survived by husband of 40 years Alex C. Haggard; daughter-in-law, Darla Foust; granddaughters, Kristie (Steve) Bell, and Amy Jo Foust; great-granddaughter, Sydney Jo Bell; step daughter-in-law, Bobbie (Wayne) Galyon; step-granddaughter, Wendy (Dennis); step-great-grandson, Rusty; sister, Patsy Fletcher. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 7:30 pm, Thursday, October 23, 2014 , at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel. A funeral service will follow at 7:30 pm with Rev. Richard Corbin officiating. The family and friends will meet at 2:45 pm Friday, October 24, 2014, at Woodlawn Cemetery for a 3:00 pm graveside service.
