WALTERS, DIANA VIRGINIA - age 54, Henry, TN, passed away Saturday, January 24, 2009 at Henry County Medical Center in Paris, TN. Member of Prospect Baptist Church in Seymour, TN. Survived by: husband, Gary Walters of Henry; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jay Huskey (Helen) of Seymour; sons, Jeremy (Michelle) Walters of Cottage Grove, TN, Adam Walters of Como, TN; sister, Linda Huskey of Maryville; grandchildren, Hunter & Hannah Walters of Cottage Grove. Services at Ridgeway Funeral Home, Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. with Joseph "Joe" Walker, Sr. officiating. Visitation Tuesday 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Services also Thursday January 29th 7:30 p.m. at Prospect Baptist Church in Seymour with visitation prior to memorial services. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.

Huskeys’ 60th
Jay and Helen Huskey, of Seymour, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary June 17 in Sevierville.
The couple were married June 17, 1951.
Their family includes daughter Linda Huskey, of Maryville, son-in-law Gary Walters, of Paris, and daughter the late Diana Walters. They have five grandchildren, Erica Perrin, of Texas, Lon Perrin and fiancee Sabrina Julian, of Seymour, Ivy Perrin, of Maryville, Jeremy Walters and Michelle, of Paris, and Adam Walters and Meredith, of Paris. They have four great-grandchildren, Skyler and Brooke Perrin, of Maryville, and Hunter and Hannah Walters, of Paris.
Mr. Huskey is retired from McGhee Tyson Airbase, 134th Refueling Unit. Mrs. Huskey is a homemaker.
They have been members of Prospect Baptist Church for more than 50 years.
