Burial be at 2 p.m. Friday in Dudley Cemetery. The Rev.James Rayburn will officiate. A native of Laurens County, Mrs Shiver was a homemaker and a Methodist. Survivors include a daughter, Aretha Underwood of Dry Branch; five sons, Horace F. Shiver of Blackwood,N.J., Eary Shiver of Dublin, Joel C. Shiver of Immokalee, Fla., R.S. Shiver of Florida City, Fla., and Eugene Shiver of Warner Robins; 24 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.The family will greet friends from 7 until 9 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
