Helen Cureton Harper, age 92, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Harper; and son, Garry Harper. She is survived by her sons, Terry (Marcia) Harper of Vienna, Virginia, Richard Harper of Chattanooga; grandchildren, Jeffrey (Kim) Harper of Maple Valley, Washington, Claudia Harper of Arlington, Virginia; great-grandchildren, Annabelle Harper, Madeleine Harper and Benjamin Harper all of Maple Valley Washington; sisters-in-law, Valeda Cureton of Knoxville, Bessie Cureton of Morristown; also several nieces, nephews and other family. The family will receive friends from 1:30 pm until 2:30 pm, Sunday, August 16, 2015, followed with funeral services at 2:30 pm, in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Dr. Rich Lloyd officiating. Burial will follow In Union Cemetery. Family and friends may sign the guest register on line at: www.manesfuneralhome.com. Arrangements by Manes Funeral Home.
