HEADRICK, ROY LEON - age 70, of Knoxville, passed away Friday September 24, 2004 at University of Tennessee Medical Center. He was a member of Knoxville Missionary Temple. Roy was a life long Knoxville Barber and an Army Veteran of the Korean War. Preceded in death by: parents, Olaf and Lois Headrick brothers, Jerry J. and Thomas R. Headrick sisters, Mary Helen Shook and Betty Jean Covington . He is survived by: his wife of 40 years, Eleanor McGinnis Headrick sons, Roy Ingram and Tim Headrick daughters, Diane Gallagher and Rosemary Ford daughter-in-law, Missy Headrick 9 grandchildren brothers, Raymond, Jimmy, David, Charles, Edd, Frank, John, Wayne and Mike Headrick sisters, Dorothy Davis, Judy Patterson and Mary Ruth Townsend brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Walter and Peggy McGinnis several nieces and nephews. The family and friends will meet at Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday for a 11:30 a.m. graveside and interment service with Full Military Honors by Volunteer State Veterans Honor Guard. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel.
