He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles M. and Helen Ruth Hundley Carroll; sister, Christine Kellams; and granddaughter, Felicity Chambers. He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Elaine Cooke Carroll; children, Jessica Chambers and Laura Smith; grandchildren, Raven Chambers, James Chambers, Brennon Davis, Randall Smith, and Carli Colson; sisters, Ruth and Marci Galvan of Portage, IN, and Mary and JR Chastain of Maryville; brother, Richard Carroll of Maryville; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 7:00 PM Friday, April 11, 2014 at Miller Funeral Home, Magnolia Chapel, Rev. Lee Staley officiating. Interment service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday at Mt.
