Blevins, Buddy Ray Blevins, and Donald Lee Blevins all of Greenback; grandchildren, Dustin and Darren Blevins of Greenback, Eligh and Elliot Steele of Greenback, David Blevins of Georgia; Travis Baucom and Meagan and Johnny Blevins of Oklahoma; father of her children and ex-husband, Allen H. Blevins; sister, Mary Louise (Sparks) Cooper of Walland; brothers, Stanley L Sparks and wife Jennifer of Richmond, Indiana, James (Tommy) Sparks and wife Jennifer and David Sparks and wife Emily of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. You will never be forgotten, we love you. Funeral service will be held 8:00 PM Saturday, January 22, 2011, at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel, Rev. Billy Wilson officiating.
